  1. Saute/fry the onion and apple in butter over medium heat till soft, about 10 min. Stir in curry; turn into a bowl. To the grnd beef, add in bread crumbs, egg, lowfat milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and nuts. Add in apple/onion mix. Combine ingredients well, then pack loosely into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
