Receta Curry Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 tart apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion and apple in butter over medium heat till soft, about 10 min. Stir in curry; turn into a bowl. To the grnd beef, add in bread crumbs, egg, lowfat milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and nuts. Add in apple/onion mix. Combine ingredients well, then pack loosely into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
