Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Lean pork, hind leg (knuckle) or possibly back (blade)
  • 300 gm Lean beef
  • 200 gm Back bacon fat or possibly belly Without skin
  • 20 gm Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Finely grnd white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Finely grnd nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mince meat mass and fat through 10mm disc, then fold in all remaining ingredients for 5-10 mins. Fill pork casings and twist into 150mm lengths.
