Receta Dad's Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs (plain or possibly seasoned)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 20 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounce shredded mozzarella or possibly shredded Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In separate bags put breadcrumbs and flour. Cut chicken in the center lenghtwise to make thin and wide chicken breasts. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs by shaking in bag. Remove from bag with breadcrumbs and shake in bag of flour to coat well.
- In a large frying pan, pour extra virgin olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Heat pan over medium heat. Place coated chicken into the warm pan. Brown for 3 min on each side.
- Wipe pan clean. Return chicken and add in spaghetti sauce. Cover and let cook for 30 min over low heat. Stir and turn chicken occasionally. Heat cheese over chicken for five min.
- Serve alone or possibly over noodles.
