Name: Daisy's Cookies
Ingredients: 2 c. dates; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. water; 4 c. flour; 1 tsp soda; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 c. oleo; 1 c. white granulated sugar; 1 c. packed brown sugar; 3 x Large eggs beaten in 1 egg at a time; 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredientes

2 c. dates
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. oleo
1 c. white granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 x Large eggs beaten in 1 egg at a time
1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

Cook first three ingredients together till thickened and then cold.
Cream together: oleo, white granulated sugar, brown sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla.
Beat well and add in dry ingredients and cooked date mix. Drop by rounded tsp. onto a cookie sheet. Bake 375 F. 12-15 min.
NOTES : Daisy was my Grandma Jone's best friend!
