- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 2 1/2 c. Cooked broad noodles
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Direcciones
- Beat the Large eggs and sugar till fluffy. Add in the remaining other ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 quart casserole dish or possibly an 8 inch baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350 F oven for 40 to 50 min or possibly till browned. calories per serving: 225
