Ingredientes
- 2-1/8 c. (500 ml) veg oil
- 1 Tbsp. grnd coriander
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cardamon
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 6 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. grnd cumin
Direcciones
- Mix all Ingredients together, then add in chicken mix well and chuck it on the BBQ or possibly Grill your choice.
- This is just a marinade for chicken, you can use with anything.
