Ingredientes
- 400 gm chicken mince
- 1 stk celery
- 3 x spring onions
- 1 tsp chicken stock pwdr
- 2 slc wholemeal bread
- 1 x egg
- 1 x carrot Spicy Chilli sauce Flour
Direcciones
- Chop up the vegetables and break the bread into chunks.
- Put the bread and vegetable pcs into a food processor with the chicken stock, a dash of chilli sauce, the egg and chopped chicken and process.
- Shape the mix into patties and dust with flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Cook the patties for 30 min, turning after 15 min.
- Assemble the burgers with buns, patties and salad vegetables.
