Receta Dark Chocolate Blackberry Jam Cookies
Ingredientes
- One thing I did not have was cherry jam (which Joy used), but I did have lots of blackberry jam on hand. (I used freezer jam for this recipe.)
- Dark Chocolate Chip Blackberry Jam Cookies
- Slightly adapted from Joy the Baker
- 2 c. all-purpose flour (I used a fine whole-wheat flour.)
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. fine sea salt
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1 farm fresh egg
- 2 T. 2% milk
- 1/2 t. almond extract
- 1/4 cup of blackberry preserves (I used freezer jam.)
- 1 pkg. dark chocolate chips
