Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 3/4 c. white flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. corn oil
- 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. minced dates
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients. Add in oil, egg substitute and vanilla. Beat till well mixed. Stir in nuts and dates. Turn into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Yield 24 servings.
