Receta Date Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. dates, nut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. Crisco
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Mix first four ingredients together. Add in water and Crisco. Let stand 20 min. Beat Large eggs slightly. Add in vanilla, sugar and flour. Stir into date mix. Bake in a greased and floured bread pan for 1 hour 5 min at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf.
