Receta Peggy's Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 bananas (ripe or possibly over ripe) (4 bananas if small)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mash bananas with fork. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Bread should be sliced thin - then can be toasted in toaster!
