Ingredientes
- 7 lb Steinbart's amber ale Extract
- 1 lb Cracked crystal malt
- 1/8 lb Cracked roasted malt
- 2 ounce Cascade or possibly other strong Hops
- 1/2 ounce Kent Goldings hops Yeast
Direcciones
- Add in cracked grains to 2 gallons cool water. Bring to boil and promptly strain out grains. Add in extract and Cascade hops. Boil 30 min. Add in Kent Goldings hops in last five min. This brew results in a refrigeratehaze, that I do not pay any attention to since I do not care (I do not wash my windshield very often either). I am so impressed with this ale which I cannot seem to make sufficient of it. This is a good pale ale, but not an excellent pale ale. It lacks sweetness and aroma.
