Receta Dee Dee's Chicken Roma

Ingredientes
- 1 x (2.5-3 lb.) chicken fryer, cut up
- 1 env Shake and Bake seasoning for chicken
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp McCormick's Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 slc Raw bacon, minced
- 1/2 x Green pepper, minced
Direcciones
- Coat chicken pcs with Shake and Bake which is seasoned with oregano, basil, McCormick's Italian Seasoning and rosemary. Coat according to directions on envelope. Arrange chicken in a single layer in an ungreased shallow 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 min or possibly till tender.
- While chicken is cooking, combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon and pepper, blending well. Spread over baked chicken and broil for 5 min.
- Yield: 4servings.
