Receta Deep Dish Coconut Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. flour
- 7 Large eggs + 1 yolk
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- 2 (9") deep dish pie crusts, partially baked
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in salt and flour; beat well. In another bowl whisk Large eggs till combined. Add in water and whisk again. Add in egg mix slowly to flour mix beating as you pour. Combine well and add in vanilla and coconut and beat till combined. Pour into partially baked shells. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min or possibly till done.
