Receta Deep Fried Belacan Spare Ribs

Ingredientes
- 600 gm spare-ribs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca flour (tapioca starch) Seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar or possibly shrimp paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Shao Hsing Hua Tiau cooking wine
- 2 clv garlic, pounded
Direcciones
- Chop the spare-ribs into bite-sized pcs. Combine seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate spare-ribs in the seasoning and set aside for 1-2 hrs or possibly, prefertably, overnight. Just before deep-frying, add in tapioca flour to the marinated spare-ribs and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in the wok till just warm. Deep-fry marinated spare-ribs till golden brown. Drain from oil and serve immediately.
