- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr

- DRENCH: Beat Large eggs. Sift flour into Large eggs. Mix well. Add in other ingredients in order given. Mix after each addition. Set aside.
- DREDGE: Mix all ingredients in order given, mix after each addition. Set aside. Dip frog legs into drench; then into dredge. Deep fry till done.
