Receta Delicious Marinaded Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound fresh shrimp, peeled
- 2 cloves garlic (or possibly 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley (fresh or possibly dry) f
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 10 min before using them. This will help them not to burn or possibly stick to the shrimp. Skewer shrimp - about 3 to 5 per skewer, depending on the size. Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together. Pour over skewered shrimp. Cover pan and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hrs (overnight is ok, too), turning the shrimp or possibly spooning the marinade over the shrimp at least once during which time. Grill on your outdoor grill or possibly broil in the oven.
