This pizza is a wonderful Friday night dinner with a beautiful side salad.

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Heat a saucepan with drizzle a little olive oil. Place the garlic, hot pepper, onion, cilantro and tomatoes to sauté until the onion is clear. Add the salsa and sausage. Continue to simmer on low while preparing the pizza dough.
  3. Dust the pizza pan with a little bit of cornmeal. Work pizza dough to fit the pizza pan. Top the pizza with the sauce followed by the mozzarella, grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is a beautiful golden color.
