Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt Assorted fruits for dipping, (apple slices, pear slices, pineapple chunks, cantaloupe chunks, seedless grapes, etc.)
Direcciones
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and orange juice till fluffy. Stir in yogurt till smooth. Cover and chill. Best served after ingredients have blended for 4 to 6 hrs. Serve with fruit.
- Makes 1 1/4cup.
