Ingredientes
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cut small pcs
- 1/4 c. finely-minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 x Large eggs beaten
- 8 slc bread toasted
Direcciones
- In small skillet, cook and stir Spam pcs and onion in oil till onion is tender. Pour beaten Large eggs into skillet. Cook over low heat just till set. Cut into four wedges; turn. Cook till light brown. Serve each wedge between two bread slices.
