Receta Deviled Walleye Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1 sm Onion, very finely diced
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 sm Green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb Butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 c. Grated provolone Or possibly Parmesan
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Soy sauce Salt and pepper
- 1 pch Cayenne or possibly dash of Tabasco
- 2 lb Walleye fillets
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion and green pepper in the butter till soft, then add in mustard, soy sauce, cayenne, and lemon juice. Stir in crumbs and cheese.
- Salt and pepper the fillets, lay them on foil broiler liner, and broil for 5 min about 4 inches from the flame.
- Turn the fish, cover proportionately with the bread-vegetable-cheese mix, and broil another 6-8 min. Serve.
