- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 bananas sliced (or possibly peaches or possibly strawberries)

- Prepare pudding mix using skim lowfat milk. Cold slightly. Line 8 inch pie pan with desired baked crust. Place banana slices to cover bottom of shell, full with pudding and let stand. Calories: 215 per serving.
