Receta Diabetic Chocolate Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1 env. gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon liquid food sweetener
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. minced nuts (opt.)
Direcciones
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 c. water for 5 min. Heat chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener. Add in lowfat milk and water slowly. Add in gelatin, stir till dissolved. Remove from fire. Add in vanilla and cold. When mix begins to thicken, add in nuts. Pour into a cool pan. When hard, cut into pcs.
