Receta Diabetic Easter Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1 x Sq unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Artificial liquid sweetener
- 1 pkt Vanilla or possibly chocolate artificially sweetened pudding pwdr (or possibly 8 teaspoon finely minced Nuts)
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and mix. Cook 2-3 min, then add in vanilla and sweetener. Spread on small foil pie pan or possibly plate. Chill. Cut into 8 pcs. Form into egg shaped balls and then roll lightly in pudding pwdr or possibly minced nuts.
