Receta Diabetic, Crunchy Chocolate Raisin Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Diet margarine
- 1 1/3 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1 c. Sugar(artificial equivalent)
- 1/3 c. Evaporated non-fat lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/4 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Mix margarine and lowfat milk pwdr till crumbly. Add in cocoa and artificial sweetener. Mix till blended.
- Add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix till almost smooth and sticky.
- Remove from bowl and fold in Rice Krispies with hands. Continue mixing with hands till fudge is smooth and shiny. Shape into 2 10inch long rolls. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Refrigeratetill hard.
- To serve, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Store in refrigerator. 1
