Receta Diabetic Dessert
Ingredientes
- 2 (3 ounce.) boxes sugar free gelatin
- 1 pkg. Estee whipped topping mix
- Fresh fruit or possibly juice only canned fruit
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in 2 c. boiling water. Add in 2 c. cool water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch serving dish, add in desired fruit. Let set till hard. Whip the topping. Spread on top. May be garnished with toasted unsweetened coconut or possibly fresh fruit.
