Receta Diabetic Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 teaspoon sweetener
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- May use 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice instead.
- Cream shortening and sweetener. Add in egg and pumpkin alternately with dry ingredients. Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. 3 dozen cookies.
