Receta Diane's Oatmeal Raisin Nut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs, unbeaten
- 6 tbsp. 7-UP or possibly lowfat milk
- 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or possibly crunchy)
- 2 or possibly 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Into large bowl, sift flour with sugar, baking pwdr, salt and nutmeg. Add in shortening, Large eggs and 7-UP as lowfat milk, beating till blended smooth. Stir in peanut butter, raisins, oatmeal and nuts. Drop from spoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake till done for 12-15 min.
