Receta Dick's Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 anchovies (smashed or possibly paste)
- 1 egg (yolk only)
- 3 tbsp. salad oil
- Garlic salt
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- Grnd pepper
- Romaine lettuce
- Croutons
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh)
- 1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
Direcciones
- Servings: 4-6. Preparation time: 15 min.
- Wash lettuce and pat dry. Finely chop clove of garlic. Add in anchovies, egg yolk, oil, salt, lemon, grnd pepper. Pour over lettuce and toss. Add in croutons, Parmesan and blue cheese. Toss again and serve immediately.
