  1. Boil raisins and 1 c. water, drain raisins and add in sufficient cool water to make 1 c. liquid. Add in vinegar, butter, salt and beaten egg yolks.
  2. Mix sugar and flour together add in to raisin mix. Cook till thick, cold before putting into baked crust. Top with meringue. Beat 2 egg whites. Add in brown sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla till stiff. Bake in 400 degree oven till meringue is golden brown.
