Receta Diet Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 whole green chiles, canned, split open
- 6 ounce. cooked turkey
- 1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 4 ounce. grated cheese, divided
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/8 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 can tomato and green chiles
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Place whole green chiles on bottom of a 2-qt casserole dish. Mix meat and taco seasoning. Pour over chiles. Sprinkle on 2 ounces of cheese. Beat egg white till stiff; mix in yolk and flour. Spread over cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min. Boil tomatoes and green chiles and garlic pwdr. Pour over yolk mix. Top with remaining 2 ounces of cheese. Bake till cheese melts on top.
