- 3 lb new potatoes -- unpeeled
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling, salted water to cover 15 min or possibly till tender; drain and let cold to touch. Leaving skins on, cut potatoes into eighths. Place in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; add in to potatoes, tossing gently. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs.
