  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 5 x garlic cloves - (to 6) minced
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/3 c. catsup
  • 2/3 c. apricot or possibly pineapple preserves Chile pwdr to taste

Direcciones

  1. In oil, saute/fry garlic and onion till tender and brown. Add in catsup and preserves. Stir till boiling. Add in chile pwdr. Remove from heat, let cold to thicken.
  2. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
  3. Comments: "If you're diabetic, like I am, use no-sugar preserves and no-salt catsup, the sauce will still taste great."
