Receta Dixie Crossroads Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 T sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 T liquid butter blend
- 1 c. whole corn, liquid removed
- Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Put together large eggs, lowfat milk and butter blend. Mix in dry ingredients; add in corn last. Drop by tbsp into hot vegetable oil and deep fry about 5 min or possibly till golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
