  1. Mix together in small bowl: corn meal, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Set aside.
  2. Fold in main bowl: lowfat milk, melted margarine, egg and cheese, just till moistened. Put about 1/4 c. on warm, slightly greased, grill or possibly skillet. Cook like pancakes till brown on both sides. Add in a little lowfat milk if batter gets too thick. Serve with butter and honey. Eat like pancakes.
