Ingredients: 2 3/4 c. water; 1/4 c. applesauce unsweetened; 1/4 tsp vanilla; 4 c. whole wheat flour; 1 c. dry apple chips ( you can also use fresh fruit); 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr; 1 x egg beaten slightly; 4 Tbsp. honey

Ingredientes

2 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. applesauce unsweetened
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. dry apple chips ( you can also use fresh fruit)
1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
1 x egg beaten slightly
4 Tbsp. honey

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooling spray.
Mix all wet ingredients thoroughly. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add in wet to dry slowly , scraping well to make sure no dry mix is left. Pour into muffin tins. Bake for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till a toothpick inserted into center comes out dry. Store in a sealed container.
Makes around 12-14 pupcakes.
