- 6 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butter
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift together flour and soda; add in butter and mix well. Beat together Large eggs, molasses, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lowfat milk. Add in flour mix and mix till it looks like bread dough. Turn onto a floured board or possibly cloth and knead for a few seconds.
- Divide the dough into six equal layers and roll out into thin layers like pie crust. Grease and flour six round cake or possibly pie pans. Put one layer into each pan and pat flat. Bake for 10-15 min at 300 degrees. Remove from pans and cold.
