  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Garlic cloves - peeled
  • 1 x Onion - minced
  • 3 x 15 ounce. cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 bn Basil - minced
  • 1/2 c. Sundried tomatoes in oil - liquid removed Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Heat oil in sauce pan and add in garlic. Saute/fry' for one minute.
  2. Add in onion, tomato paste, diced tomato, sundried tomatoes and basil to taste. Cook and simmer for 1 - 1/2 hrs. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
