Ingredientes
- 3 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. Spry (not melted)
- 4 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and nutmeg together 3 times. Cream shortening, add in sugar and beat till light and fluffy. Add in egg yolks and flavoring. Beat well. Add in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Add in dry ingredients beating till smooth. Refrigeratedough for easier handling. Roll out on floured board. Cut with doughnut cutter and fry in warm fat till golden. Fry 2 to 3 min on each side.
