Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. Butter, softened; 2 c. Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Flour; 3/4 c. Cocoa; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 2 c. White chocolate chips, (or possibly semi-sweet); 1 c. Minced dry apricots; 1 c. Coarsely minced macadamia nuts

Ingredientes

1Â 1/4 c. Butter, softened
2 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Flour
3/4 c. Cocoa
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 c. White chocolate chips, (or possibly semi-sweet)
1 c. Minced dry apricots
1 c. Coarsely minced macadamia nuts

Direcciones

Beat butter & sugar till light & fluffy. Add in Large eggs & vanilla; beat well. In separate bowl combine next 4 ingredients & blend into butter mix. Stir in chocolate, apricots & nuts. Use an ice cream scoop (!) or possibly 1/4 c. measuring c., drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 min or possibly till set. Cold slightly & remove from cookie sheet. About 2 dozen 3 1/2 inch cookies.
