Receta Dot's Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 baked pie crust (regular or possibly graham)
- 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 pound can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Spread softened ice cream in crusts and freeze. Mix pumpkin with spices, vanilla, and mix in whipped cream. Spoon over frzn ice cream. Freeze uncovered till set. Cover with foil and freeze hard. Serve with whipped topping and sugared almond slivers. Makes 2 small pies.
