Ingredientes
- 1 c. of sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs, separated
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, flour, lemon juice, lowfat milk, and egg yolks in top of double boiler. Blend well. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold into lemon mix. Place over simmering water. Cover; cook 55 min. Don't uncover during cooking.
- Serve hot.
