Receta Double Crusted Pizza Pie
Ingredientes
- Pepperoni slices (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional)
- Italian style tomato sauce (optional)
- Pizza crust mix (optional)
- Onions (optional)
- Bell peppers (optional)

- Measure sufficient crust mix for 2 (14 inch) pan size. Put into 2 separate bowls. Mix with water as directed. Let rise for 20 min. Grease 14 inch pizza pan with shortening. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press dough into pan, spread tomato sauce to cover dough. Add in 2 to 4 c. cheese, meat, onions and bell peppers. Roll out second dough to cover pan. Press together, cook at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 min or possibly till crust is golden. Cut warm and serve.
