Receta Blueberry Pie Sugar Free

Ingredientes
- 6 c. Frzn blueberries, defrosted & liquid removed
- 1 1/4 c. Nutrasweet Spoonful
- 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon Pie pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Fill. Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with 1 Tbsp. butter (in 4 pcs around pie). Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam.
- Seal. Brush with lowfat milk and sprinkle a couple of pinches of sugar onto top of crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Serve hot if you like.
