Receta Sour Cream Onion Chive Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked pepper
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 x Frying chicken, cut up
- 3 med Onions, cut in half
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Cracked pepper
- Â Â Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350'F. Combine all coating ingredients except butter. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with crumb mix. Reserve remaining crumbs and butter. In 13x9 inch baking pan place chicken; add in onions. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over onions; drizzle with remaining butter. Bake, basting occasionally for 60 to 70 min or possibly till fork tender. Remove chicken to platter. Keep hot. To make sauce, scrape baking pan; pour pan drippings into 2 quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, till bubbly, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in lowfat sour cream and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, till heated through. If needed, add in lowfat milk till desired consistency is reached.
- Serve sauce over chicken and onions. Sprinkle with chives.
