Receta Double Mustard Coated Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Mustard seeds
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp Freshly grnd white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Dry leaf tarragon
- 2 tsp Dry dill weed
- 1 x (3-lb) broiler-fryer chicken, cut for frying
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor, process melted butter, oil, mustard seeds, mustard, white pepper, tarragon and dill till blended (or possibly beat together with a wire whisk). Pour marinade into a large, shallow roasting pan, roll each piece of chicken in marinade. Let stand at least 30 min at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350. Bake chicken in marinade, uncovered, 1 hour or possibly till coating is crisp and meat is tender; baste once after 30 min.
