Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. Orzo, cooked
- 1 c. Red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. Purple onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. Basil, minced
- 15 ounce Black beans, cooked
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
Direcciones
- Combine orzo, pepper, onion, parsley, basil and beans; set aside.
- Combine vinegar, water, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, pepper, salt and garlic; mix well and toss with salad.
