  • 2 ct whipped cream cheese - (8 ounce ea
  • 3 Tbsp. whole lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce thinly-sliced smoked salmon cut 1/2" pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 jar red salmon caviar - (2 ounce)

Direcciones

  1. Using rubber spatula, mash whipped cream cheese and lowfat milk in medium bowl to blend. Mix in salmon and 1 Tbsp. chives. Season with pepper to taste. Gently mix in caviar. Cover and chill 2 hrs to blend flavors. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
  2. Sprinkle dip with remaining 1 Tbsp. chives. Serve dip chilled.
  3. This recipe yields about 3 c..
  4. Comments: Be sure to use the whipped cream cheese sold in tubs-it will give this dip a smooth, light texture-and not the regular cream cheese in blocks. If the dip seems a little salty, just serve it with unsalted chips.
