Receta Dover Sole Served With A Pepper Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Dover soles, (skinned and comb boned)
- 1 bn Baby leeks
- 6 ounce Girolle mushrooms
- 1 can Minced tomatoes, (sieved to take out seeds)
- 2 x Red peppers
- 1/2 x Onion
- 1 x Clove garlic Fish stock
Direcciones
- To make the sauce, sweat the minced onion. Add in the peppers and garlic.
- Cook out. Add in tomatoes and stock. Simmer for 20 min. Pan fry sole till golden and take out of the pan. In the same pan put the leeks and mushrooms, finish with cordon of sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
