Ingredientes
- 1 quart. jar broken olives
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 shallots
- Garlic to taste
- 3 carrots, raw
- 1 onion
- Healthy pinch of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 lemon, cut into sm. pcs
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 ounce. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Mix the olives with minced shallots, garlic, bay leaves, grated carrots, in slivers. Minced red onion. Add in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and cut-up lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
